Bryngarw Country Park is made up of 48 hectares and is situated on the west bank of the Afon Garw, at the mouth of the Garw Valley in the Bridgend County Borough, Wales. Costing only £3.50 a day for parking this is a perfect summer activity to do in Wales.

Woodland, meadows, wetlands and a garden centre to visit this is a lovely day out. There are various activities to do here if you want something a bit extra than the walk such as the cycle track for a ride alongside the River Garw, pond dipping sessions with the Rangers and a children's playground.

Being recognised as one of the best green spaces in the UK, Bryngarw Country Park has achieved Green Flag Award status and Green Heritage Accreditation since opening in 1986, making great efforts in environmental and cultural heritage conservation.

The Welsh Government has made efforts to fund multiple projects such as environmental wellbeing projects to visitor experience improvements by implementing an educational centre and cultural and natural heritage features in the Visitor Centre.
